Privacy policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

The short version: this website uses one analytics tool, Zoho PageSense, to see how visitors use our pages so we can improve them. We don't sell your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we only see your email address if you choose to email us.

Who we are

This website is run by Avery and Ember's Technologies, LLC, a company based in Oklahoma, USA ("we," "us"). If you have any questions about this policy, email support@averyandemberstechnologies.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers averyandemberstechnologies.com only. Our products, Avery's VPN and Ember's DNS, are still in development. Each will have its own privacy policy, published before it launches.

Information we collect

Website analytics (Zoho PageSense). We use PageSense heatmaps, which combine many visits to show which parts of a page people click and scroll to. To do that, PageSense collects information such as:

We don't record individual visits. PageSense stores this data with anonymized IP addresses, so your full IP address isn't kept with it. PageSense uses cookies (small files saved by your browser) to tell one visit from another. These cookies are not used to track you on other websites.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you. Our email is provided by Zoho Mail.

Hosting and security (Cloudflare). Our website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

Fonts (Google Fonts). This site loads its fonts from Google. When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address and browser information.

What we don't do

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for the retention period of our Zoho PageSense plan, then deleted. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to help you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (European Union and UK) or the CCPA (California) may give you additional rights, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email us to use any of them.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so clearly on the homepage.
